UAB "Elteros projektai" E-commerce model implementation

• • UAB Elteros projektai sees to avoid in the long term possible drops in the company's performance and revenues (and to enhance the company's resilience to possible economic fluctuations), uncertainty, bankruptcy, as it happened to a number of companies in 2020-2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to increase the company's productivity and efficiency, to attract more customers through cyberspace. The company has evaluated all the internal and external processes and their optimisation possibilities, options of transferring the company's services to the cyberspace, i.e. the possibilities of digitalisation of services, and is ready for the implementation of new solutions. The aim of the initiated project is to implement information technologies for the electronic management of business transactions in order to increase the competitiveness of the company in the market and revenue growth.

  • The project will introduce e-solutions, an integrated information technology tool (e-shop), to enable more efficient delivery of services and goods in cyberspace, manage all contracts, customer data and contract follow-ups, tasks and documents, and provide a quick and accurate assessment of how tasks are being performed, who is responsible for their execution, etc.

  • Project budget (EUR 55,850.00); funding (EUR 41,887.5).

  • The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
