Girteka Park

The business center "Girteka Park" was an exceptional object of the company "Elteros projektai" both in terms of technical, security, quality requirements and the number of specific systems. In order for the works to meet all the requirements set by the customer, and for the building to be comfortable for the user, a general building management system (BMS) was installed.

Most of the building's engineering systems are integrated into the control system: 12 mechanical ventilation systems (AHU), microclimate, lighting control, parking lot ventilation-smoke removal, carbon monoxide detection control, stationary fire extinguishing and overpressure systems.

"In order for people to feel comfortable at the workplace, we have installed about 300 microclimate control panels that ensure the right air temperature in each work area. About 50 different types of fans, 1,100 heating and cooling devices are installed in the premises," said Ignas Naprys, head of the Elteras projects design department. A control system for roller blinds was also integrated in the zones designated by the customer. The curtains are controlled according to the weather station data, i.e. i.e. according to the position of the sun on the horizon. This system protects against blinding and direct sunlight, ensures the maximum amount of natural daylight indoors and saves electricity.

"When it comes to saving electricity, one of the most convenient solutions in a large building is lighting controlled from an individually adapted and developed user-friendly automatic system. The system we installed controls about 3,000 lights in the building," explained the head of the design department. In the business center, saving natural resources and monitoring the current situation are also helped by the installed electricity, heat, water, cold meter reading and water leakage control systems. These days every new building has to serve the user and be environmentally friendly. It is the building management system that helps realize the customer's vision and fulfill the highest technical requirements. ‎‎
