Business Garden Vilnius

We have completed several years of automation installation work in Business Garden Vilnius.

The building is impressive not only for its state-of-the-art 55,000 sq. m of space, but also natural surroundings.

The project complies with LEED Platinum certification's green and sustainable standards.

In order to achieve the best efficiency and cost-effectiveness ratio, we have performed a lot of work: Manufactured and programmed about 80 automation panels to control 18 ventilation chambers, heat distribution points, overpressure, smoke extraction, air leakage systems and integrated equipment.

Programmed around 650 microclimate control panels, which control around 1,400 heating and 1,600 cooling units.

Ventilation is controlled by individual zones on each floor.

The common building process control and automation system integrates equipment such as diesel generators, UPS, central emergency lighting batteries, constant pressure valves, humidifiers, air conditioners, and air curtains.

We have programmed a cold station capable of operating in free cooling, partial self-cooling and cold-only machine modes.

A system for electricity, water, heat reading and report generation was installed to save energy.
