ERSB2-ETH-MBUS meter reading control panel is designed for reading electricity, heat and water meters that use Modbus RTU (RS485) or Mbus protocols. The data from the readable meters can be transmitted to the building control system via TCP Modbus, Bacnet IP or displayed on the control panel's Web server. All communication channels feature light indications, simplifying the identification of communication line faults. The lines also have surge protectors (RS485) and over-current protectors (Mbus). The recommended topology for RS485 is daisy chain, alternatively – bus topology; star topology is not recommended. The recommended topology for Mbus is star or bus, and both topologies can be combined. Ring connection is not allowed.
